We want to be sure you are receiving the appropriate level of support from us and so support arrangements and charges relating to the Ultimate & Standard service levels need to be very carefully considered and agreed upon following an initial consultation at your premises. 1st Hour Charge

The higher 1st hour charge covers the cost of travelling to/from your site.

Subsequent Hours Charge

This is the charge for any time beyond the 1st hour and is calculated in 30 minute blocks, rather than hourly, to better reflect the time we spend with you.

Work Done at SoftLink

This includes work where you bring your computer to our office. In this case the minimum charge is £20 +VAT. This also includes telephone and remote support, though this is charged by the minute.
