We offer a wide variety of support options to suit your needs, from simple ad-hoc support (a.k.a. Break-Fix support, i.e. when you need us, we come, we fix, you pay), to more structured upfront support arrangements, providing a greater range of services inclusively. The table below provides an overview of the sort of support arrangement we offer, but we know all businesses are different and we are always happy to discuss other options to suit individual needs should you wish to pick and choose a little bit more freely:

Standard

Again for an agreed monthly fee, you benefit from a fantastic range of support areas. This service level is perfect if your support needs fluctuate, but you know what you need as a minimum. You can always upgrade at a later date.

Ad-hoc

Many of our customers simply want to be able to call us when they have a problem, with no upfront costs. Contact us and we will generally be with you within 24 hours, although often much sooner! Arrangements can also be made to include items from other service packages.

Access To Experienced Engineers

Between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday - Friday (arrangements can be made outside this time upon request), you can call on a member of our team of engineers, all of whom have many years of experience in providing computer support services to businesses, who will visit your site to resolve your IT problems, no matter how big or how small.

Remote Support

Through the marvels of technology we can provide your users with desktop sharing support. This means, for simple issues that can be resolved at arms length, we can share your screen, keyboard and mouse from our offices, to fix your problem!

Telephone Support

Some questions can of course be quickly resolved over the phone. Our engineers are experienced in talking through issues and queries to reach a fix or to identify problems requiring on-site attention.

Active Monitoring

For Windows Small Business Server based networks, we will monitor your Server to detect problems at the earliest possible time, making sure you keep working! We can also monitor the resources of your server and advise you when you are running out of disk space for example, to enable us to better plan upgrades etc.

Backup Monitoring

We know you are busy running your business, so we will monitor your system backup on a daily basis to enure it is functioning.

To help you manage your IT Support costs, we can provide you with an element of inclusive labour every month.

Reduced Hourly Support Rates

As a bonus feature and to reward your ongoing commitment to us, we provide all chargeable services at a redued rate for those customers on service contracts.

Reduced Rates on Domestic Labour Charges for your Employees

As a bonus feature and to reward your ongoing commitment to us, we provide your employees with a 10% discount on all domestic labour charges incurred when they have work carried out on their home PC!

Guaranteed 2 hour Emergency Response

Our emergency response time is 2hr for customers with contracts. Please note this is a response time not a fixed-within time! Fixing the problem may well take much longer!

Response Within 24 Hours

Our standard response time is 24 hours. Of course, it can be longer if you wish, for example, you know you definitely need somebody on a given day next week, book now and we will be there!

Internet Usage Control and Moitoring

As an additional service we can supply and fit a firewall device (The SoftLink Firewall) which fits between your internet router and your network. This device enables you to monitor and control internet usage as well as being an incredibly good firewall. The details of the device are available here.
