We will always try and resolve a fault remotely at first but we can offer competitive rates for our team to visit you and get you sorted. Rates are charged with a larger first hour to cover transportation costs. We may also elect to return a computer to our offices so we can offer more effective support.
Remote support is our primary method of diagnosing faults. It is your first port of call for support. All Business support is charged exclusive of VAT.
